Those are the hats she wears. Like any other woman with a young family, a career and goals, Dr. Priya is always finding ways to create a life of balance.
Dr. Priya Boinpally was raised in the Midwest
Ohio to be exact. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Art – which may explain her passion for dentistry as a perfect marriage of art and science. Following graduation, she was immediately accepted into The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she would continue her study of Dentistry for the next 4 years.
After graduating with honors from OSU with a Doctor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Priya continued her journey in the Midwest and pursued private practice in Illinois where she practices all aspects of general dentistry: restorative (fillings), fixed and removable prosthodontics (crown and bridge), orthodontics (clear aligners), pediatrics, oral surgery, periodontics (soft tissue/gums), endodontics (root canals), cosmetic, laser, and implant therapy.
After spending several years as an associate dentist in a variety of dental practices. It was clear to Dr. Priya that her mission was to build a practice that would not only provide a warm and inviting family atmosphere and state of the art dentistry but would also be a fantastic workplace for her team and peers to practice dentistry. It was shortly after that Dr. Priya opened her first practice in the Northshore of Lake County. Today, Dr. Priya has replicated her vision many times throughout Lake County.
Dr. Priya is passionate about making a mark on her community both personal and dental.
She spends time volunteering with local organizations to help business owners like herself.
She prides herself on staying on the leading edge of dentistry and invests hundreds of hours into ongoing training each year to bring innovative technology to her practice and refine her craft. She regularly attends leadership seminars and business education courses around the country so that she can offer her team and associates the best working environment.
Dr. Priya holds advanced certifications in the area of laser dentistry from World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. She encourages all to view dentistry as a vital part of total body health and wellness by bridging medicine and dentistry in her practice.
Dr. Priya spends her time striking a work and life balance. She enjoys mentoring young dental colleagues, cooking, fashion, travel, and spending time with her loving husband, son, and daughter.
